Sono Roberta Cappa, la fondatrice di Team Up Language Hub, un centro linguistico nato dall’incontro tra le due mie grandi competenze: la gestione organizzativa e la passione per le lingue.
Dopo la laurea alla University of Massachusetts Boston nel 2017 con il titolo di Bachelor of Arts: English, ho maturato una solida esperienza internazionale vivendo e lavorando sia negli Stati Uniti che in Italia.
Ho ricoperto ruoli come Linguista e Program Manager nel settore IT, collaborando con realtà corporate e accademiche. Parallelamente, ho proseguito la mia formazione con specializzazioni in Project Management dai programmi di formazione remoto della University of California Irvine (2020), e Copenhagen Business School (2022).
Ho anche acquisito un importante background nell'insegnamento: sono stata tutor accademico presso la UMASS Boston e Head teacher alla Highfive! English School a Salerno (IT). Il mio approccio combina metodo, empatia e visione strategica.
I am Roberta Cappa, founder of Team Up Language Hub, a language center born from the intersection of my two core strengths: organizational management and a passion for languages.
After graduating from the University of Massachusetts Boston in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts in English, I gained solid international experience by living and working both in the United States and in Italy.I have held roles as a Linguist and Program Manager in the IT sector, collaborating with both corporate and academic organizations.
At the same time, I continued my professional development with specializations in Project Management through remote learning programs at the University of California, Irvine (2020), and Copenhagen Business School (2022).
I have also built a strong background in teaching: I worked as an academic tutor at UMASS Boston and as Head Teacher at Highfive! English School, based in Salerno (IT). My approach combines structure, empathy, and strategic vision.

L'approccio è pratico, coinvolgente e personalizzato, con corsi progettati per migliorare la comunicazione reale, in ambito personale e lavorativo.

With Team Up | Language Hub, I wanted to create a space where linguistic quality meets managerial efficiency, offering personalized and forward-looking learning paths to meet the needs of individuals, professionals, and companies.
The approach is practical, engaging, and customized, with courses designed to improve real-world communication, both personally and professionally.
I believe in inclusivity, in the quality of teaching, and in the power of language as a tool to connect people.
